You are not paying for a server. You are paying for someone whose job it is.
Build-included plans include an Essential Website Build: up to 5 standard pages, mobile-friendly design, contact form, on-page SEO structure, launch setup, domain connection and Keep care from day one. 12-month minimum term.
Larger or more involved websites are scoped separately before work begins.

Updating what is already on your site is included in every plan, at any time. Additional pages are £400 each and cover a genuinely new URL with its own SEO, its own purpose in the business.
Build-included plans run for a minimum of 12 months. Monthly payments by Direct Debit. If a build-included plan is ended before the 12-month term is complete, the Keep service ends and the website is taken offline unless a separate settlement or transfer arrangement is agreed; no additional charges. After 12 months, the plan continues at the standard rolling rate with 30 days’ notice to cancel. You own your content and brand assets throughout. Site files available on request after the term.

Hosting and Infrastructure
Your site runs on Cloudflare infrastructure, kept configured, monitored, and maintained. Not just switched on and left.
Security Certificates
Renewed before they expire. Your visitors will never see a browser warning on your site. This is checked, not assumed.
DNS and Domain Management
Pointing, routing, and renewal are handled. You do not need to know what any of that means.
Uptime Monitoring
Monitored around the clock. If your site goes down, we know before you do. The goal is to catch and resolve problems before your customers notice.
Security Filtering
Bad traffic is filtered. Threats are blocked. This runs continuously, not on request.
Content Updates
Changed hours, new phone number, updated menu. Send a message. It is handled promptly, usually within the same working day where possible.
On-Page SEO Structure
Page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, schema markup, image alt text and internal linking maintained as content changes. Not a ranking campaign. Website-level SEO hygiene, kept current.
Migration Protection
When your site is rebuilt, existing URLs and rankings are mapped and preserved. Your search visibility is protected during the switch, not lost in it.
Monthly Report
A short update every month. What has been done, what has changed, anything worth knowing. Plain English. No jargon.
