Cheap hosting keeps a server online. Keep keeps a website working. Those are different things. Hosting does not check your opening hours, monitor your contact form, or renew your certificate before it expires. You are paying for someone responsible, not just a server switched on.

Rolling monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. No lock-in, no penalty. 12-month plans run for the agreed term. We keep clients because the service is worth it, not because of small print.

Yes. Move between Core and Plus at any time with 30 days' notice. The site, the relationship, and the work continue. Only the level of attention changes.

Certificates and DNS are checked. Uptime is monitored continuously. Security filtering runs in the background. Content updates are handled when you send them. A short plain-English report lands on the first of the month. Most of it is invisible to you. That is the point.

Text changes, opening hours, phone numbers, addresses, images, menu links, and small page edits. Updating existing content is included at any time. New pages, redesigns, or new functionality are scoped and quoted separately.

On-page SEO structure is included with every plan and maintained as content changes: page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, schema markup, image alt text and internal linking. When you add or update pages, the search structure is kept current. Ongoing SEO campaigns, backlink building, content marketing, local SEO retainers or paid advertising are not included unless scoped separately.

Most normal requests are reviewed the same working day. Keep Core requests are handled promptly within normal working hours. Keep Plus requests receive priority handling and the fastest turnaround. Emergency issues, such as the website being offline, are treated separately from normal content changes.

Most sites are live within one week of us receiving your content, logo, and brand guidelines. We agree a timeline upfront.

An Essential Website Build covers a straightforward business website with up to 5 standard pages, mobile-friendly design, contact form, on-page SEO structure, launch setup and domain connection. It assumes you provide your content, images, logo and business information. It does not include copywriting from scratch, e-commerce, booking systems, online ordering, integrations or complex functionality. If your website needs more than 5 pages or significant content structure, it will usually be scoped as a Business Website Build.

Then it is scoped separately as a Business Website Build, usually from £3,000, or a Custom Build quoted individually. This applies to restaurants, gyms, academies, multi-page service businesses, sites with booking or ordering systems, integrations, or any project requiring significant content structure or functionality. We agree the full scope and price in writing before any work begins.

Yes, but the answer is usually a rebuild rather than a migration. Most existing small business websites run on WordPress or a website builder, which does not fit cleanly onto the Keep infrastructure. We start by reviewing your current site and setup. If it is outdated, fragile or built on a platform that creates ongoing risk, we will recommend rebuilding it. The goal is not to move your problems to a new host.

Sometimes. We review the current setup first. If it fits the Keep model, we will explain the route. If it is fragile, outdated or dependent on old plugins, we will recommend rebuilding it instead. Most websites we take on are rebuilt into the Keep setup.

They are not included as standard. If your website needs booking, ordering, payments, delivery platform links, CRM connections or other integrations, we scope that separately before work begins. For some businesses, the best route is to link clearly to an existing trusted system rather than rebuild that functionality into the website.

The site is monitored continuously, so availability problems are detected automatically, including outside working hours. The goal is to catch and resolve issues before your customers notice. Urgent issues affecting availability are prioritised. Keep Plus clients receive priority handling with a 4-hour incident response target during operational hours.
